For busy London-livers, buying beds online has become commonplace. Yet many people still prefer to try out the bed (or particularly the mattress) they plan to buy before making their decision.
London bedshops are many and varied, and
buyers are able to choose between department
stores like John Lewis or Selfridges, furniture
chains like IKEA or Habitat, bedshops
on retail parks such as DFS or Bensons
For Beds, and specialist bed shops like
ourselves, Taurus Beds.
Bed shops in North London
Our showroom is at Swiss Cottage, in North London, just two
or three minutes' walk south from Finchley
Road Tube Station, near to Waitrose.
Our showroom is arranged over two floors.
On the ground floor you can see our most popular beds and mattresses
on display. We wholeheartedly encourage
you to take your time trying out the various

advice if you're not quite sure which bed
and mattress to choose.
In the lower ground floor showroom you will find more beds
on show, as well as key items from our Classic, Shaker and Kyoto

Designer bed shops in London
Although the term 'designer' means different
things to different people, we think most
people use it to refer to something which
is originally designed, and then carefully
produced, or hand made, to give a level of
distinction and indvidualaity which is missing
from products bought from large retailers
offering the same item in a huge number of
stores.
If you are looking for a finely designed
and beautifully built wooden bed, we're sure
you'll find one of our 22 models in 6 different
finishes to your taste.
